Car Parking at EMCC - Important Changes
There will continue to be no charges for car parking on the day; this is included in your daily rate.
However, there will be a barrier to allow entrance and exit.
Instructions for Parking
Drive to entrance barrier. Two tickets will be issued from the machine, take the tickets and the barrier will allow entry.
The exit ticket has to be validated by staff at EMCC.
This validation can be done at any time during your time at EMCC.
We suggest you validate the exit ticket as soon as you arrive. This validation will allow exit at any time.
There will be EMCC staff available in the event of any difficulties.

University of Nottingham Swimming Pool
Come early & beat the traffic! On the day of the Symposium, delegates may use the University swimming pool, which is not normally open to the public. Delegates will need to show evidence of attending TOM Symposium to use the swimming pool.
The University pool is 25 metres long, laned and deck level.
Swimming pool opening hours 7.30am to 6.30pm
The University swimming pool is a short walk (about 10 minutes) or a very short drive from the East Midlands Conference Centre.
Cost to a delegate for a swim is £5.00.
Lockers are £1 coin deposit refundable.
Bring your own towel, shampoo etc.
